請問小白兔和大家, H1B transfer. The lawyer asked me the question

below when he was processing my H1b transfer today.
Do you have any pending immigrant petitions?
My situation is I have both labor and I-140 approved letter in my current company, haven’t ted I-485 petition since my priority date is not current. I don’t know if I should say YES or NO for the question.
