EAD問題,白兔或其他大俠請出手相幫!

大俠們,H1B即將到期,我需申請EAD,有幾個問題能不能幫忙回答,非常感謝!
1. Pending 485從CSC->NSC,我該哪個中心file?
2. 曾有過EAD,但後來中斷了兩年,所以是:Permission to accept employment or Renewal of my permission to accept employment?
3. 以前的EAD是OPT EAD,和現在485pending EAD是一回事嗎?我要拿兩年前的EAD複印附上嗎?
