小白兔：B2怎麽申請？是用I-539嗎？還需要其他材料嗎？

另外，如果我的原來的雇主沒有向移民局報告，是不是不用b2?主要是怕把事情搞複雜了。對小白兔和大家的幫助，本人感激萬分！
