e-file sent to TSC!

Hi, Everyone:
Recently Searched the web and found that e-file has a good chance of getting to TSC. Got frustrated by the visa bulletin and decided to give EB1A a try.

Today just e-filed my I-140 and it WAS sent to TSC! Still don't know whether that is the way the system was set up. Search web if you need more information. I think that indian people know this trick much better than us.

I just wrote a pretty long Chinese article with Google Pingyi and it got DELETED due to my error! Can't believe that! I might try to redo that later. But right now, just want to share my 2 experience with you. If you want to increase your chance of I-140 being processed in TSC, try e-file. But NO guarantee! Do it as your own risk.

BTW, I ted my I140 (NIW) in Sep. 2005 and it was approved in Nov. 2005. Now NC is clear and a visa number is the only thing I need for 485 approval. So decided to give it a shot!
