140 Premium process表格問題 (I-907)

律師幫我添的I-907. part 1寫的filed on behalf of a company,寫的是我的公司的名字,下來是YOU (the person ting this request),有四個選項:
(X) are the pertitioner who is filling or has filed a petition eligible for premium processing

are the attorney/accredited representative for the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for premium processing (complete and form G-28)
然後2個選項類似,隻是把petitioner換成applicant.
律師勾了第一個,接著電話號碼,FAX,E-MAIL都是律師的.右邊Fil in box if G-28 is attached to represent the applicant 也鉤了.
可是我怎麽想也不明白,我覺的應該選第二個,attorney.
有人能指點一下我嗎? 謝謝了
