1.Please complete the following for the person named in Part 3:
Alien is in the United States and will apply for adjustment status
to that of lawful permanent resident.
Alien's country of current residence or, if now in the U.S.,last
permanent residence abroad
這個需要填嗎? 是填中國嗎?

3.If the person's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write
the person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet:
這個需要填嗎? 中文不算Roman letters,但拚音算吧? 如果需要填的話,填中文是吧?

6.Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of
this person?
我去年file了NIW的140（沒有file 485)，現在處在pending 狀態，我應該填
yes還是no？
