File WOM: 10/2006

File 60 天後, CIS 要求30 days 延期因為NCstill pending. After 30 days extenson, CIS提出上庭,hearing 是定在60天之後.在hearing 的前五天被CIS告知NC已過並要求再給30天辦理approval. 60+30+60=150 days

一周後,receive Approval notice and card mailed message.

奉勸心靈脆弱,身體虛弱者謹慎考慮fiel WOM. file 了就不要怕hearing.因為即便敗訴,case隻是回到原有狀態,你該怎麽等還怎麽等,CIS該怎麽批還怎麽批.
