OPT 過期，新的H1B還沒拿到，是否可以拿工資？？

各位前輩， 本人在用OPT工作（博士後），五月4號過期，但是與現在學校的合同五月15日才到期，而新的H1B還沒拿到，不知如何是好，是否我五月4號以後就不能拿錢， 也不用上班了？？？？ 還有就是 OPT過期後還能在美國待多久呀，不會立馬讓偶滾蛋吧， 那也太不仗義了吧。。 急死人了。。。
