a quick question for expert, thank you

I'd appreciate if someone can help me understand this. Canadian consulate asked me to provide passport for PR visa, I am still waiting for filing 485 (US GC), is there any impact to have a Canadian immigration visa stamp on passport or even Canadian PR to the undergoing US GC application.
