This is a very bad example for others. now she, the "unfriendly young lady officer" in your words, uses her power. you don't doubt about her power any more. my last reply about your Interview before your were denied is:
1. GC interview officer has great power. if he/she sit in front of you, give he/she GREAT respect. follow instructions, bring support documents is VERY important and is part of the respect.
2. never even think about that he/she could not have the power for what ever reason, young, new, younger than your child.....The FACT is that he/she sit on the chair in front of you (chairman, chairwoman).
