I140 preparation

My first I140 (EB1) was denied and my company filed another EB1 a couple weeks ago. To increase possibility of success, I want to file NIW by myself. Several questions in I140 are unclear. Thank you in advance for your helps.
1. Do I have to report all previous I140 cases (pending and rejected) in my new I140? If yes, is there negative effect?
2. Regarding the question: Is this a new position? I have been in this position for several years (postdoc),should I answer NO or YES? What does this mean?
3. When I prepare Personal Statement, do I need to highlight those phrases descriping the merits?
4. Will Chinese articles (no English abstract) help? If yes, do I need include all FULL papers, or just first page?
