After 3-yr waiting, NC cleared, but RFE? Any advice?

Three years after I applied I485, my name check is cleared finally in the USCIS system. When I was hoping to get GC anytime soon, I received an email from USCIS asking for RFE. I have no clue what kind of documentations they are asking for? I have provided all necessary paperwork. How much longer will they delay? Xiaobaitu, or anyone, could you share some information? This is so frustrating.
