My employer's law firm does not agree to file 485 using priority

My employer has filed EB3 for me and the I-140 has been approved; they have also agreed to file EB2, but the law firm does not agree to file 485 using the PD carryover. The company does not allow me to use any outside lawyers. Does anyone come across this? Are there any solutions? I am really frustrated and desparate.
