Why it is too late for you?
On April 02, USCIS have received more than 100,000 packages, which more than 65,000+20,000. Please see lang-law's website.
USCIS will randomly select enough packages amoung those reached on 04/02/07 and 04/03/07. Those reached only have about 50% chance to be seclected. Since your package will be send back, you missed it.
