45day letter是案子們進了backlog center做了data entry掛上號以後發給雇主的信, 問這案子還辦不辦了, 限45天回信, 要是不回就自動取消. 您既然收到打廣告的指導, 那45天信這一步就過去了.
您發過廣告淘汰了申請人寫好報告交上去, 批準快的兩星期, 慢的沒準, 但現在差不多都比較快.
