Have you ever work with 海瑞律師 law office to file EB2 perm, I140 and I485?
I am living in Texas. My hu*****and's EB3 LC and I140 have been approved. His employer agreed to file EB2 for him, so he can use the EB3 PD which is 02/2005 to file I140 and I485 at the same time.
His lawyer filed EB3 I140 and H1B1 renew in Mar 2007. Before he hired the cuurent lawyer, we talked about the prices of EB2 perm, I140 and I485. We both agree that EB3 I140 attorney fee is $600.00, H1B1 renew is $600.00, EB2 perm attorney fee is $3,000.00, I140 is $750.00 and I485 is $1,400.00 (including my husand and me).
One week ago, the lawyer emailed to my hu*****and that EB3 I140 has been approved(we filed with premium processing). And we asked her to go ahead to file EB2 perm. She emailed my hu*****and the contract, with attorney fee $3,000.00 (we both agreed), but this is not include the postage and travel, copy,phone call, and in the event of the error made by US department of Labor, and need to re-file, we should pay the lawyer with $150.00 per hour.
Have you guys signed the contract like that? I'm not happy with this contract.
