NSC I-140 withdrawal要多長時間?

發現I-140 有很嚴重的錯誤,想撤回重新遞.撤回申請都遞了倆個多星期了,CASE STATUS動都沒動.聽律師說,不收到NOTICE不能重新遞.我真煩了, 這要是等上幾個月,我身份都有問題了,現在都H1B第六年了. 問一下有經驗的, withdrawal notice要多長能收到?不收到NOTICE能重新遞嗎?
