Xiao Baitu: PD Carryover vs. I-140 withdrawn

Hi, Xiao Baitu: My I-140 just got approved. I wanted to switch to a new company, because I just can't wait for the 485 retrogression anymore. I heard my PD could be carried over to the new job after my I-140 is approved. But if my current company files to withdraw my approved I-140 after I leave, can I still carry over my PD to my new job? Thanks a million!
