My hu*****and and I want to land in Canada this May. I have a couple of questions about landing in Canada:
1. What documents do I need to take with me when I am landing?
2. We need to come back to US in 1 or 2 weeks after we land. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive the PR card? Or can the PR card be mailed to an address outside of Canada? Or we have to stay in Canada until we get the PR card?
3. We also need to renew our US visa before we leave Canada. So for those who have experience with application for US visa in Canada as a Canadian PR, do we have to present our PR cards when we go to the US visa interview? Or landing paper is enough?
4. We are both students in US. About the residency obligation (2years in every 5 years), how can we make it? Does anyone have the same issue here?
