I received a letter from FBI saying that my name check was finalized on Jan. 27. Also, I went to INFOPASS on Feb. 16 and was told the name check result was entered in their system on Feb. 12.

Did you notice "name check result was entered"?
That means they are entering the nc result in USCIS. Probably 1 month later, local infopass will tell you it is clear.

I have this situation. May not apply to you.
