H1-B 第三國簽證回美的問題

我需要出差去捷克和北京，因為在北京的時間很緊，所以預約到捷克的使館去簽回美的H1-B。請問有沒有類似到第三國簽回美簽證經曆的朋友能不能分享一下？

捷克的美國使館覺得我應該到中國去簽，雖然有權利在任何一個使館簽，但是需要prove a strong tie to the home country.不知道H1-B visa是不是寬鬆些。我的485 pending.

準備帶的材料：
the H1-B petition that my company filed for me;
the H1-B approval notice;
the employment verification letter;
DS156 157 forms
passport
a copy of the company's business certificate
my work plan
my resume
my previous I-20 forms
