焦急請教xiaobaitu及各位,萬分感謝

我媽媽是去年9月來美,入關隻給個3個月,我於10月給我媽媽辦延期,直到現在網上還有電話都是pending.我在幾個星期前給uscis打過電話,被告知等消息,可沒想到今天收到一封信,從TSC來的(我們的case在那兒處理),上麵說

A review of our system show that the petition/application was denied a notice was mailed to you on 11-18-06.XM158.

這倒底是怎麽回事啊?剛剛又到網上,還有打電話查了查,case還是pending.應該怎麽辦啊?會不會影響我媽以後的簽證啊?
