notice from ins office

Just got a notice from INS saying I would receive an appointment letter fot 2nd interview. Is that normal? What is the purpose of it? The following is my case. It was posted before. Thanks.

結婚綠卡，去年八月麵試。麵試時，移民局問我和移民局有沒有PROBLEM。我說沒有。他就問我為什麽有指紋記錄。我才明白我以前當學生打工時老板被移民局搞，所有人都被移民局叫進去問話，當時拍了照打了指模。我說不關我的事，是老板。移民局就說他得查查，盡管我的婚姻是真實的。還說45天就能解決。現在都半年了還沒聲音。怎麽辦？是不是要請律師告他們？有用麽？孩子都生了，娘卻沒綠卡。不會不批吧！有經驗的能告訴要等多久呀！謝謝！
