7th year H1B expires in early June and just got my 8th year H1B renewed. It only took 5 days to get it approved with the premium service. When the lawyer filed my H1B extension, my LC status at Backlog center was still pending so that the lawyer was able to get the email from backlog center that LC had been pending for more than 1 year. However the pending labor was closed by DOL in middle of March. But it seems that did not affect my H1B extension.
