485pending快三年了該怎麽辦, 緊急請教小白兔等高手

EB2 140 2005年批準, 2004年5月filed 485, 都在NEBRASKA中心. 打過三次指紋. 等待485期間, 給USCIS打過三次電話, 遞交過兩次補充材料, 有一次他們的回信是說NAME CHECK 沒完成. 現在快三年了, 下一步該怎麽辦, 其他朋友是否也有類似的情況? 懇請指點! 非常感謝!
