But I still have a question. I heard if I-140 is rejected, not only AP and EAD, but also my H-1 will be no use if I once go back to China with AP. If it's true, that means I'll totally out of the status when my I-140 is rejected, correct? That's what I'm worrying.
Do you have some good suggestion or know other ways?
