Assume your compensation is really not that bad:
The key point is the title/aera etc. Your lawyer needs first find the appropriate title/aera for you, and the
average wage.
Example, you can use programmer I, programmer II, programmer III, etc for a computer programmer. Each has different wage range. You must have higher wage than that category you are applying (also consider aera difference, like Boston/NY/CA definitely higher than Texas).
If your lawyer is not professtional,you will have a lot of trouble in the long way of immigration.
