How long will INS take to process employee based I-485 after NC

Hi all,

I just contacted FBI regarding my I-485 name check. They say they generate a report and send to INS on the same day they received it. Does it mean my name check cleared? If yes, how long will it take for INS to process my employee basedI-485?
