I cannot give you a clear answer to your question but I can share my experience with you.
My 485 was in VSC when I filed the AP application in January. 10 days ago I received the notice from USCIS that my 485 case was transferred to TSC. I called the 800 number for a USCIS rep and asked her whether I need to re-file my AP. She told me that I did not need to do anything because the AP would still be processed by the VSC. She was right because I received the approval notice a week later for my AP, from VSC.
The USCIS rep told me that the transfer of my 485 to a different service center does not mean that all my applications (such as 131, 765, etc.) would also be transferred. I think that you can still file to VSC, but I am not sure about that.
