入籍問題再問

前幾天發了帖子問有關入籍時間的問題，
在這裏想再次請教一下各位專家，想得到一個明確的答案。

我老公的情況是2002年10月在廣州麵談通過的移民簽證，2002年12月第一次入境，2004年12月條件綠卡換成了綠卡，現在綠卡上
的日期也是2004年12月，那能夠申請入籍的時間，4年
9個月之後，是從2002年10月算起，還是2002年12月，還是
2004年12月之後的三年？哪位專家能給一個確切的答複嗎？
