小白兔∶加拿大登陸請教

We have to land Canada within two months.Currently my wife and me are in H1B status and my son is H4.My NIW I-140 got approved in 2006 but I-485 is still pending.
I have several questions:
(1) Can I use my current H1B and H4 to go back to USA after landing?
(2) Is my I-485 invalid if I don't use AP to come back?
(3) If needed,can I apply an emergency AP because of Canada landing?
