Xiaobaitu: Can I get the agent name from my RFE?

Xiaobaitu, in the bottom of my RFE sheet, F. Gerard Heinauer signed his name. But he is the director of USCIS. Do you think he was actually handling my case? There is a line "NSC/AMB EX340" under his name. What does "AMB EX340" mean? Thx
