緊急求助∶登陸加拿大如何返回

We have to land Canada within two months because heath check-up will expire soon.Currently my wife and me are in H1B status and my son is H4.My NIW I-140 got approved in 2006 but I-485 is still pending. My problem is I don't have enough time to apply AP.Can we get back to USA with my current H1B or H4? Did anyone recently landed Canada and came back in H1B without AP? Thank you very much for your suggestion and advices!
