Xiao Bai Tu: help with priority date question

Xiao Bai Tu, I look forward to your advice:

I've got my RIR approved finally and my company is filing my I140/485 now. The priority date is Dec. 2004.
But I had filed NIW in Sept.2005. I-140 was approved in Oct. 2005 while I-485 is pending.
My questions are:
1) Can I file a second I-485? Should I withdraw the previous I-485 (thru NIW) and when to withdraw?
2) If I can file the second 485, will I have 2 A numbers? Otherwise, will the MIW 485 be automatically linked to the LC I-140? Then will the priority date be changed?
3) If I go with the LC filing, will there be a restarted name check process?
