再次請教小白兔，我file 140, 會影響 my wife H4 to F1 transfer 麽？


小白兔好，

I was told by someone that if I file 140 with my wife as my dependent, it will cause trouble when my wife transfer her H4 to F1, because of migration tendency (She is to go to school later this year with F1, not H4, for some special reason). But, today my lawyer told me it won't affect anything, because (1) I am the applicant. My wife is just dependent. (2) F1 may have migration tendency.

Could you please, it will be very nice of you, clarify this question?
