I contacted my lawyer, Attorney Jeff Xie, and forwarded original I-129 to him. He found out the problem is that my human resource kind of made a double-check mistake. For part 2, Item 5, they checked a(for ppl out of US) then scratched it and changed to b(for ppl in US). Stupid INS officer took it as a.
So now my solution is to pay $1,050 attorney fee, $1,000 premium precessing fee, and $199 applicaiton fee to correct it. Fortunately human resource agreed to pay them.
Anyway, this is a rare situation and probably won't happen to a lot ppl. Life is much better after what seemed to be a disaster. Thanks a lot for everyone.
