請問:與AP, H1 有關的問題. 謝謝!

我是H1.(公司很穩定). 用我老公申請的AP回國.回來後還是在我原公司上班.請問:我是H1身份還是PAROLEE身份?問過幾個律師.有的說還是H1,隻要不換工作.有的說回來後,再申請一個H1.身份從PAROLEE轉回H1.

請有經驗的分享一下. 謝謝!
