Dear All,

My EB1 I140 was ted in last May. Only updated once in last July. After that I have not got any more information from USCIS. In this March, I asked my sponsor to inquire what is going on my case. My sponsor told me that he sent an inquiry to uscis. while, when I called uscis one week later of his action, I was told that in the uscis electronic recordings there is no any request on my case and I was also told that I am not qualified for such a request but my employer. I am really confused about my case. Some of my friends suggest that it is very likely that my boss and the institute are trying to hold your case for a while. Is that possible? Any other reasons? Thank you,
