How to Calculate the Grace Period after OPT?

If I graduate on May 1, and start the OPT is from June 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008. What is the grace period after OPT? to June 14, 2008 or July 30? Or in other words, after 60 minus number of daysdays between graduation and OPT starting date, or a new 60 days after OPT?
