My company filed my GC back on Oct 2003, but just recently received the notification for the job ad. It's EB3 and in Finance area, I was told that the attorney will run a blind ad to limit applicants. Anybody know if this is a good way to do it? What is priority date? How long will it take for labor to be approved nowadays?
