urgent question: One more question about backlog center

I am in the fisrt step for GC- applying for LC at backlog center. my case was delayed so much by company's hr and the lawyer. They just finished posting hiring ad at teh newspaper last weekend. They only have 10 days to do the whole recruitment report - waiting for resumes, interviews and denying applicants because they have to send out the report no later than April 1, otherwise the case will be terminated. My question is: the hiring process is so short and hurry, how possible it can be approved for LC?
