"This submission was processed and finalized on February 22, 2007. The results were forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters, Washington, D.C.".
Does this mean it was "clear"?
My attonery insisted that It does not say it was "clear" or not, it just says they finished their job of checking you out, and forwarded the results to US CIS in DC. Hopefully DC will forward to the Service Center handling your case?
What do you think? Is it difficult for FBI put "clear" in the letter?
xiaobaitu, please help on the name check inquery
