sorry. do not understand your answer.
I have only one PERM EB3 - it is still pending.
I am thinking of change job - find a job which requires master degree so that I can apply EB2 in the new company.
I wonder in the new company, is it possible to use the priority date of Labor from the current company.
PD of EB3 in company A ---> carry to EB2 in company B, possible?
If it is possible, then when is the earliest time I can leave the current company - after PERM is approved, after I-140 or when?
thanks
