請問xiaobaitu，我這樣可以換工作嗎？

請問xiaobaitu，我現在是H-1B，485 pending 1年，用過AP，現在"Name Check"中。現在想換當地的另一家公司，會長期派到中國工作。這樣會對綠卡申請有影響嗎？有什麽特別手續需要辦嗎？或需要注意的嗎？非常感謝
