請問xiaobaitu,我們的綠卡是不是沒戲了

我和我老公2004年file的485，EB3, 現在485 pending. 一直覺得沒什麽問題，可是最近突然想起來我老公在剛來美國的大約2年裏（2001-2002），一直在現在的公司以f2的身份打工，而且他們公司給他上了稅（很可笑）。當時一直覺得沒什麽，現在發現移民局很容易查到。我們被拒的可能性是不是很大呀，我們是不是得辦個加拿大移民準備著？被拒了是不是就回不來了？多謝多謝！！！
