請教xiaobaitu和各位大俠

我現為485 pending，想回家一次，但一直不能確定時間, 所以也不知何時申請AP。我是否可以以485 pending身份去美領館申請re-entry visa,這樣雖然有background check 危險，但比較機動靈活。多謝！
