移民局的回答是這樣的:

However, we have to perform addition review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.

這是不是標準的答複?是不是六個月內一般會批?

這是俺老婆的case, 485 PD是April 2002, EB-3, 俺擔心今年夏天EB-3排期又要倒退.各位大俠,有人收到過類似的inquery答複嗎?

另外, 收到inquery答複後, 485的LUD沒變.
