He delayed my H1-B case on 2005. When I paid cash and gave all required documents to him, he promised sent my case out in one week. Actually, he sent out the application after 2 months! The package arrived at USCIS at the day that quota finished!!! I think it's his fault and asked my $ back, but he said, do you have any proof that I got your $? It's just your bad luck! I hated him so much! In order to keep the status, I spent another $6000 to go to school, and i suffered other a lot negative impacts too. He definately is not the one should go to heaven.
