An I-485 question?

I have an approved I-140(NIW) but never file I485 because there is no visa number available for this application. Now I can file I485 using my RIR based aplication(earlier priroty date). In the 485 form, there is a question asking" have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the US?'. Should I answer 'No' or 'Yes'? Please help...
