敬問小白兔及各位, I485 correction

I am afraid that one item was filled out with a mistake in my I485 filing, I have questions as below:
1. how can I a correction of this error or re a new I485?
2. how can I let this correction to forward to FBI for my name check?
3. recently my 485 case was forwarded to TExas service center from Vermont's. do I send the correction /new 845 to VSC or TSC?
